ORGANZ National Congress 2009 - Palmerston North

Update: The annual congress is over for another year - many thanks to all the organisers, it was a great event!
The Manawatu Organ Group and the Wellington Organists' Association extend a warm invitation to you all to join us at Congress '09 in Palmerston North, the hub of the Manawatu. The theme is "Joining the Ranks - The Organ within the Main Stream of Music" a philosophy piloted by Peter Hurford over 30 years ago with the St Albans Organ Festival. We have the world's best million acres with rolling hills and splendid vistas, now with wind turbines following the contours of the hills. The talented Thomas Heywood from Melbourne will be joining us and you will enjoy a stunning variety of musical presentations with one or two surprises and appreciate that sometimes "small is beautiful'
- Roy Tankersley, for the Manawatu Organ Group Committeee.
