Founded in the early 1970s, the Nelson Association currently has around 17 members. We try to meet monthly, finding new and interesting events whenever we can.

Regular activities include:

  • Organ recitals by visiting artists, usually held at the Cathedral
  • Activities to support NZ Organ Week— recitals and hands-on sessions.
  • Video/CD/Tape/Record evenings in members' homes
  • Visits to local house organs
  • Christmas Dinner
New members and visitors are welcome to join us at our meetings.
