In the Wellington Town Hall Organ Concert Series,  Martin Setchell, Christchurch Town Hall organ curator, entertains with the best of British music - celebrating the anniversaries of two great composers with Purcell dances, trumpet tunes and Handel's Overture to the Occassional Oratorio.

The Wellington Town Hall organ is a Norman & Beard (1906) 4 manual & pedal instrument. Restored by the South Island Organ Company in 1986.
